My focus of treatment modality is Cognitive Behavior and Mindfuless. Mindfuless is focusing on the present moment, awareness, and meditation. I also utilize EMDR and Gentle Reprocessing, which focus on guided imagery and bilateral stimulation to help clients shift their negative cognitions to positive thinking and become "unstuck".
