Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, parenting concerns, the effects of trauma, or are feeling overwhelmed by life stress, I believe you are doing the best you can with the resources you have available to you. I utilize a blend of solution focused, cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness based approaches to improve self-awareness and build skills around creative problem solving, emotional regulation, stress management, and interpersonal relationships.
I support clients seeking individual or family therapy with concerns related to depression, anxiety, trauma, self harm, difficulty managing emotions, and relationship issues. I also offer Life Coaching as a separate service to help you identify what you most value and what may be getting in the way of attaining your goals.
