Do you struggle with constant worry, sadness, stress, and/or low motivation? Do you ever feel like you are not enough? Do you ever feel stuck in your life, or in your own thoughts? Anxiety and depression can make it difficult to move through day to day tasks and can effect our outlooks on life. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, my goal is to help individuals, children, and families to gain a better understanding of their anxiety, depression, and trauma to help build coping skills and manage day to day struggles. I work with individuals, children, and families of any age, race, ethnicity, and background.
I specialize in helping those who struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma to empower themselves to move through these hurtles. By using DBT and a Humanistic approach to therapy, I can help you to understand your anxiety, depression, and trauma and create coping skills and mindfulness techniques to use to manage life's stresses.

As we move through therapy together we will work on ways to process and understand your own trauma, anxiety and depression and gain coping skills to be able to be kinder and more understanding of yourself and your own journey in life.
