I am active with you in this process and work with all ages and experiences. Strategies for success and satisfaction are provided and explored.
I have been extensively trained and can provide active coping, strategic, and relational skills to address romantic issues, job stressors, life transitions, issues of self-esteem, loss and trauma, family relationships, and problematic behaviors that get in your way of getting what you want. I am currently in training for Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy.
