I specialize in using an integrative, mind-body-spirit approach to help individuals get back in touch with their own inner source of wisdom, creativity, and empowerment. Reconnecting with the deeper parts of yourself is often the key to overcoming challenges and moving forward again. I am passionate about seeing my clients use this process to make positive changes and create the life they want. Please note, although I do Not have any more spaces for new counseling clients at this time, I do have spaces/ I AM accepting new Intuitive Life Coaching clients (private pay only), which includes transpersonal and spiritual modalities.
In Intuitive Coaching sessions, I will work with you to help you uncover obstacles, connect with your multidimensional strengths (including mental, physical, spiritual, creative, and social resources!), and support you in your process of growth. I will utilize my own intuitive and integrative helping skills, and support you to use your intuitive wisdom.
Intuitive Coaching is designed to help you use mind-body-spirit resources to help you get unstuck and start making real progress towards your dreams and goals. How to Work with Dreams
Come explore the inspiring world of dreams, and understand how to integrate dream wisdom into your daily life. Working with dreams can enhance your clarity, creativity, healing, intuition, and more! The first part of this workshop will include a variety of perspectives on dreams and different ways to work with them, including: biological, multicultural, creative, and psycho-spiritual approaches. In the second part of the workshop, participants will have an opportunity to share a dream and explore it's meaning with the group. (*Note* This is a self-development workshop and not designed to provide mental health counseling or psychotherapy.) Workshop date: 8/29/17.
