You will find that I am genuine, encouraging and motivated to help by providing support and validation, psychoeducation and skills. I have over 17 years of experience helping adults with anxiety and panic attacks, mood disorders, life transitions (graduation, moves, new career, breakups, pregnancy, parenthood), trauma, grief and loss, stress management, and low self-esteem. My role as a therapist is to help you better understand your needs and strengths and develop goals and strategies to live a fulfilling life.
Times of transition can be both exciting and challenging. You may wonder what is wrong if you're not adjusting how you "should" to a new role or change in your life. You may be struggling to find balance or feel unhappy in your relationships. Past experiences may also influence how you feel about yourself and interpret situations.
I have specialized training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and pregnancy loss. I enjoy helping people who are chronically stressed or are experiencing burnout.
