Ever feel like you don't matter? Feel lonely, disconnected and don't know where to turn? Well, you matter! Let's talk!! I have worked with adolescents and young adults for over 25 years. Often times people who identify outside the "norm" feel like they don't matter, they do! The world around you is so uncertain and at times and can be not safe. Maybe you have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, bullying, or you just feel marginalized. You need to feel safe to talk and work through your concerns. It's exhausting to carry that burden alone. I enjoy working with adolescents and teens, but also have a good rapport with adults.
I am offering teletherapy working with individuals, adults, couples, and groups. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, and motivational interviewing as well as Polyvagal Theory and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My speciality is working with adolescents, young adults and adults who feel marginalized. I am also a trauma-informed therapist.
I have experience working with adolescents and young adults and adults who identify as transgender, non-binary, or genderqueer, and youth and adults who identify anywhere along the LGBTQIA+ spectrum. I look forward to talking to you soon!
