My name is Annie (pronouns: she/her) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My focus areas of practice include anxiety, depression, childhood abuse and traumas, attachment issues, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I have worked many years supporting victims and survivors of violence and in crisis management services. I also currently work with youth involved in the foster care and juvenile justice systems. I have extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, and I am particularly passionate about working with young adults who are transitioning into adulthood.
My holistic approach to therapy is integrative, utilizing various evidence-based modalities such as Person Centered Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy and behavioral therapies with an emphasis on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I value creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship, empowering you to take an active role in your healing journey.
Over my career I have worked with the most vulnerable populations and I am truly grateful to walk alongside my clients in their journey towards healing and to support people through their challenges, helping them find their strengths and resilience. I look forward to being a part of your journey!
