With over 20 years experience in the counseling/mental health field, it has been an honor and pleasure supporting people in their journey toward increased self-awareness, healing, and growth. I work with adolescents, adults, and families; treating trauma, low self image, mood disorders, life transitions, grief/loss, relationship conflict, & more.
