I specialize in therapy with individuals (adolescents and adults) from a Cognitive Behavioral and Systems perspective. I use this type of therapy to focus on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in individuals while also taking into account various aspects of the individual's environment. I enjoy working with individuals at an inflection point in their lives (starting/finishing college, marriage, job changes, having children, etc.).
