Therapy often stirs up painful emotions and discomfort. It takes courage and requires an investment of yourself. I am here to listen, understand, relate, guide, provide feedback, ask questions, validate and hopefully walk with you in achieving your goals.
I offer an attentive, secure and nonjudgemental environment. As a 65 year old practicing therapist with my own personal life challenges and professional experiences, empathy and emotional maturity come naturally. No matter what your struggles are, I am here to support you. The pandemic itself has negatively impacted our mental and physical health.
