My foundation is based in the sacred history of women as healers and I am most comfortable "dancing" in that sacred space where mind, body, and spirit converge. I have extensive training in trauma-informed, spiritually-integrated therapy. Having an ear for “faith stories,” I provide a safe and inclusive space for doing deeper, spiritual work for those looking to heal generational trauma, transition from one phase of life to another, break unhealthy cycles, and transform challenges into spiritual stamina.
With over three decades of experience, my practice is moving to Telehealth full time to reach those who need it most. Clients will find my approach accepting and practical. I work frequently with medical practitioners, clergy and faith communities, educators, executives in transition, all looking for creative solutions to their challenges.
