I have working experience in the mental health field since 2004. We live in stressful times that take over our lives, but there is hope. I want to help people heal and live fully with each other. I have enjoyed working with adults to help them discover solutions to enrich their lives. I have a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science from Georgia State University.
My approach to therapy is Cognitive Behavioral aimed at connecting thoughts and feelings to behavior. Clients will learn to develop coping skills to decrease their symptoms of anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief/bereavement, establish strong boundaries, and become more resilient.
