We all experience some sort of trauma and personal problems in our lives, and often don't know who to turn to or where to go to get help. Stress, anxiety, PTSD and depression are the main things that I specialize in. I believe that we all need support and help from time to time, and I can help you to overcome what struggles you may be going through. Therapy is not just about talking, but to help you to learn about yourself and learn skills to help you through your struggle and future struggles. Deseret Counseling is an outpatient therapy for children, teens, adults, couples and families.
I work with those who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, death and loss, PTSD and couples. I work with children ages 8 and up, teens and adults. Modalities I use are EMDR, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Parts work and Gottman for couples counseling.
