I emphasize the importance of self-awareness as a tool for regaining power and recognizing patterns within yourself and your relationships. Moving toward doing more of what is working and less of what is not.
As a trauma informed therapist, I have extensive experience working with clients in crisis, experiencing violence (verbal, emotional or physical) with family or relationships and law enforcement secondary trauma, PTSD, and complex PTSD. I utilize a variety of techniques including CBT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness.
