Do you struggle with anxiety, panic, worry, trauma, intrusive thoughts, school difficulties or uncontrollable stress? I am here to help. I specialize in working with anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, school/social related issues and ADHD. I also provide parent coaching and support. Additionally, I am a LPC- Supervisor and welcome opportunities to provide supervision to LPC- Associates. My goal for all my clients is to help them feel better but also give them the tools to manage their thoughts and feelings in healthy and constructive ways.

My practice combines a use of cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness techniques tailored to each individual. I focus on building self-confidence and awareness so you can tackle any challenges you might face. I am experienced in family therapy and family systems work.

Anxious In Austin Kids

Anxious in Austin Kids is a neuroaffirmative, contextual behavioral 8 week program that teaches children 8-11 years old helpful ways to respond to anxiety. Young people will learn skills to support awareness of their experiences, while transforming unwanted thoughts and feelings into an opportunity to connect with what matters to them. Parents will also be provided these skills as well as strategies to support their child throughout the program, with two parent-only sessions at start and close of treatment.
