I am active in my growth as both a person and professional. I have received certificates in Level 1 and 2 in EMDR, have 8 years of gestalt training, and a clinical supervision certificate. I have trained with Violet Oaklander and recently completed training with Deepak Chopra to become a Certified Teacher of Primordial Sound Meditation.
I adapt my experiences from the past to the present to meet you where you are. I enjoy meeting clients from all walks of life with compassion and support.
