I support individuals who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, issues with interpersonal relationships and other life challenges. During therapy I provide affirming, compassionate, and supportive space to help you identify problems and find solutions. As we work together I can help you decrease troublesome symptoms and improve your mental wellbeing.
I work with individuals using a client-centered and strength-based approach. This means tailoring our sessions to your unique needs and drawing upon your inherent strengths to facilitate personal growth. I see our therapeutic relationship as a partnership where we work hand in hand to explore your thoughts and emotions.
