Each client is unique and is an expert on themselves, so we will collaborate to find what works for you. Approaches I use include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, feminist therapy, existential therapy, and nature-based therapy. Many of my clients work on creating and maintaining boundaries, building mindfulness (presence), and communicating assertively.
