I have worked therapeutically with adolescents and adults since 2013, including individual outpatient therapy, crisis intervention, partial hospitalization programs, and substance abuse treatment groups. My approach combines a strengths-based perspective with psychodynamic therapy and utilizes behavioral techniques from both CBT and DBT.
I am dual-licensed in both Maryland and New Jersey. I am only doing sessions via telehealth at this time. I utilize a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform to conduct sessions via teletherapy, allowing you more flexibility and safety to attend therapy from the comfort of your own home.
