Postpartum Workshops
Support for Mothers and Nonbinary Parents who have given birth in the last two years. Honor and learn about yourself as a person and a mother while building community, sharing your story, and learning coping skills. Sign up for 2 sessions (one Month) at a time based on the topics that fit you best: March 9th and 23rd- Postpartum Anxiety, Depression and unexpected emotions. April 6th and 20th- Changing Body.
