The bulk of her career has been spent working with children, adults and families regarding various traumas, DHS placements, school disruptions and behaviors, parenting, as well as depression, and anxiety. She has worked in agencies and schools, and has managed teams of clinicians as well as a domestic violence shelter.

Anne specifically practices a strengths based approach for each individual focusing on CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and she is trained in EMDR and can utilize these approaches with pre-teens, teens and adults.

Over the years, Anne has worked with many clients of different ages and experiences. Each client has a story to share and with great care, she listens and guides the client using her therapy skills. Her life long work has been deeply rooted in helping others move towards and achieve their best self.
