I am certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) — a research-validated approach to healing & strengthening couples’ relationships — and have Level III Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) training — a model of individual therapy that integrates what research tells us about human connection, emotion & the relationship between the two.
Often the most painful parts of our lives can be the loneliest. I believe therapy should be a place that helps undo that aloneness. As a therapist, it is my hope that together we can tend to those tender parts, strengthen the places that feel broken, and connect to what is strong & resilient inside.
