I focus on individual therapy for adolescents and adults integrating mind-body practices, cognitive reframing, self-acceptance, attachment theory, self-care/behavioral strategies and other therapy methods. When clinically indicated, you and I may decide to coordinate care with other helping professionals.
I earned a doctorate in counseling psychology and have more than two decades of professional practice. As importantly, I carry the wisdom and humility that come from working with clients from diverse backgrounds. I am a Certified Yoga Calm® and Nurtured Heart Approach® trainer and practice meditation and Iyengar yoga.
