My specialties include empowerment, assertiveness, and improving dysfunctional relationships with food (Intuitive Eating certified). I also help clients with increasing self-esteem, managing conflict, and overcoming trauma.
I use the childhood origins of emotional dysfunction framework first introduced by Pia Mellody. This means we look back at our past to explain our current behavior, and inform our future. Childhood origins work allows us to break free from harmful dynamics and patterns. This method has become the "gold standard" for many top-ranked treatments centers.
