Anne utilizes a number of approaches including cognitive behavioral, solution focused and strengths based techniques. Additionally, she is certified in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and in Triple P (Positive Parenting Program). Anne also provides Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
