Using evidence-based techniques and theories, I work with clients to examine damaging core beliefs and take goal-oriented steps toward freedom. Informed by my faith as well as my professional training, I work from a model that integrates psychological evidence and biblical truths. I am passionate about providing space and tools for transformation.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, addiction, crisis pregnancy, identity and relationship issues, and more. I am a certified facilitator of the Prepare / Enrich marriage curriculum and I have completed Level 1 of the Gottman Method for marriage counseling. Supervised by Liz Casteel, MA, LPC-S.
