I have experience in working with children and adolescents with ADHD, anxiety, peer and parent difficulties, trauma, grief, and loss. I enjoy working with the whole family regarding relational and communication issues. My work with adults has focused on life transitions, relational challenges, and issues related to anxiety and feelings of depression.
I lead with a client-centered approach and adapt to the most beneficial therapeutic approach that will best accommodate each client. My goal is to create a safe environment to meet my client’s needs while providing empathetic listening, validity, and support.
