In our work together, we will strive to send love and compassion to the parts of yourself that have been shunned, ignored, or ridiculed. I have a client-centered approach, bringing an empathetic and warm presence to my sessions. Some of my favorite things clients have told me is that I help them to feel seen, and consistently show up with a positive, bubbly attitude. My goal is to make our therapy session a part of the week that you are excited for, not dreading.
As a young therapist, I recognize the struggles of creating our identity, especially in a world where parts of us may have been taught to shy away. I recognize the pain that comes from expressing a sacred piece of the self and being shut down for it. We can work together in therapy to dismantle the narratives that have taught you to be anyone other than you.
