Adult Identified Neurodivergent- Virtual

The group is specifically for folks who are learning that they are Neurodivergent as adults and will include Expressive Arts activities and discussion. All participants will also get a copy of a work book with additional questions for reflection and creative prompts. Group is 6 weeks, starting May 21st.
