Hello! If you want to grow your emotional connection to yourself, develop a personal definition of wellness, and look into how personal, family, and social narratives are impacting you, we could be a good fit! I come to sessions with curiosity, warmth, and a dose of humor.
I use trauma informed, mindfulness, and person centered conversation and work with you to find self care skills that fit your life. I have worked with folks who have experienced trauma, who are experiencing depression and anxiety, and who have been diagnosed with ADHD and discuss themes including self esteem, relationships, and life changes.
