Are you struggling in your relationships or simply with being happy and confident in your own skin? Have you experienced something that you have been unable to heal from on your own? I have experience working with a wide-range of clientele - children, adolescents, families, as well as individual adults - but I am especially passionate about working with children/adolescents, young adults and women. My practice moto is "Connect. Heal. Grow."
I subscribe to a client-centered, relational approach when working with my clients and tend to incorporate elements of Trauma-Focused - Cognitive Behavioral, Cognitive Behavioral, Family Systems, EMDR, and somatic work into sessions depending on the needs of each individual client.
I am certified in Trauma-Focused - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) as well as trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), PMADs by Postpartum Support International, and Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). If you have any questions about my specialities or approach to therapy, please feel free to email me or reach out by phone.
