I have a passion for walking alongside teens and adults as they experience the ups and downs of life. I understand how life changes can be a lot to manage and I believe that you don't have to do it alone. As an affirming therapist, I believe that a genuine connection and feeling of safety is the key to growing and becoming the best version of you.
I have experience in providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to clients of all ages and backgrounds. My true passion lies with helping young adults conquer anxiety, stress, depression, and OCD. I strive to be a fully present and safe place for individuals in need of a listening ear and new perspective. Together, we can build resiliency.
