Hello! I’m Annabelle (she/they), a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) bi-lingual in French and English. I am dedicated to fostering healing and growth in individuals of all identities and backgrounds.
My passion lies in cultivating a safe, trauma informed, neuro-affirming environment where you can explore the spaces where you feel stuck, supported with compassion every step of the way. I draw from a toolbox that includes Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, applied existential psychotherapy and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
I tailor each session to meet your unique needs. I provide individual therapy supporting adults navigating neurodivergence, relationship issues, grief and loss, trauma, depression, anxiety, acculturation, and systemic oppression. I am bilingual (French and English) and bicultural and offer therapy in both languages.
