In a world that can be so confusing, my hope is to help make your counseling experience simple. It is my greatest privilege to work with each client, because I believe this life is not meant to be walked alone. My previous experience with adolescents, young adults, and women has allowed me to learn and grow as a counselor. My hope is to walk along side each individual as you grow and navigate life.
I love working with women of all ages, especially those who are transitioning from teenage years to young adulthood. Change can seem scary, but being able to walk alongside you, watching you make it to the other side gives me joy. I have experience working with women and mothers struggling with addiction, as well as young adults with various challenges.
Outside of counseling, you can find me walking my golden doodle, Waylon, or trying a new recipe in the kitchen. I find value in my personal community, which allows me to find deep empathy, providing exceptional care to each individual client. Seeking counseling can be scary, but I applaud the bravery that landed you here.
