I employ a variety of techniques to help us examine the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and how we can alter these cycles to better serve you.
After gaining clarity about your values and how you would like your life to be different, we can begin the steps to fulfill the goals you’ve created. It can be daunting to open up to someone about these struggles. I hope to make the process more comfortable as we work together to get you started in the direction of feeling balanced, confident, and fulfilled.
