When I think about why and who I am able to help - it's because I have survived over and over again. From the family trauma that started my therapy journey to horrific life events, life transitions, grief/loss, identity crisis, relationship abuse, overcoming narcissists, ...and at the same time losing and then repairing my faith in God.
