Life isn’t always easy, but you don’t have to do it alone. I believe everyone deserves empathy and support in navigating life’s ups and downs. I started my career as a music therapist, and I believe music (and creativity in general) is an essential part of being human. I enjoy utilizing music in sessions and considering how musical interventions like songwriting, singing, or music listening could be one part of your healing journey. But, if that’s not your style, that is ok! Whether you’re looking for traditional talk therapy, music therapy, or a little of both, my goal is to create the therapeutic experience that works for you.
I have experience with all ages, including older adults and children. I currently specialize in working with traumatic brain injuries, anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, and trauma.
