I am passionate about working with children, teens, and adults who have experienced trauma. I enjoy helping them honor their survival, address the struggle and feelings that have come out of it, and work towards healing. I also work with people who are going through life transitions, big or small. My clients come looking for comfort, a safe place to share without judgement, and to learn about how their experiences may impact their life in ways they may not have realized. I help my clients cultivate hope for the future.
