Hi! I’m Anna and I can’t wait to work with you. I have worked in a variety of settings in the mental health field including both inpatient and outpatient facilities. I believe that everyone is worthy of healing and creating a life worth living.
I offer EMDR therapy, as well as CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). Regardless of the modality used, I take a holistic, strengths-based approach to therapy. I aim to integrate the mind, body, and spirit into my therapeutic practices.
