I work with teens, adults and couples interested in reconnecting with their inherent strengths and values to combat the problems they're up against. I want to get to know you outside of the just the problems you're dealing with, but understand you as a multi dimensional person first. Together, we will collaborate on ways to help you regain power against the problems you're facing and create tangible change in your life.
I work with clients looking for support with with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Grief, Relational Issues and Life Transitions. I practice from a Narrative Therapy framework and incorporate Solutions Focused, Mindfulness and Somatic practices in my work. I am passionate about working with BIPOC, children of immigrants, LGTBQ+ folks, and artists/creatives.
