I am taking new clients! Are you a late diagnosed ADHD or autistic person? Or do you suspect you may be? Are you feeling overwhelmed and burnt out and confused about how these new frameworks affect your life? Are you the parent of a neurodivergent (or neurotypical!) child, overwhelmed by their behavior and unsure of next steps? I help people process their unique brains and the brains of their children through a neurodiverse-affirming lens. I am particularly well versed in early childhood development and respectful, collaborative parenting.
Fundamentally, I seek to help people uncover the force that is within them all along- through cultivating a deeper understanding of their individual needs, values, and goals. I believe in the profound power of working to eliminate shame and normalizing neurodiversity and the neurodiverse experience.
I primarily support adults and teens who are looking to do work around navigating major life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, growth in parenting/caregiving and increasing self-worth and self-esteem.
