I believe in helping clients build on their own inherent strengths. I work with clients facing infertility, pregnancy/postpartum concerns, as well as teens and those struggling with OCD and other anxiety disorders. I use treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), ERP (exposure response prevention), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I believe in the transformative power of relationships and work to create relationships with my clients built on unconditional positive regard and open communication.
I have been helping individuals find the relief they need and deserve for the past nine years.
