Sometimes in life, we need a helping hand. Fortunately, several options are available to you and I can be your guide and support through your own individualized healing process. At my office in Glenwood Springs, I enjoy working with children, teenagers, and adults who need ongoing support. I also offer online services if traveling is not an option. Chronic pain, both physical and emotional, can weigh us down but support is available. Through various interventions such as neurofeedback and sand tray, we can design a program that works best for you.
I offer both in-person and online therapy sessions. For kids, I have a warm and inviting room with sand, several toys, and some books. Adults can also enjoy the benefits my office provides. With sand trays, clients can sort out big life moments or perhaps explore some hopes and fears for the future. I also offer neurofeedback sessions.

Mindful Meditation Group
This group meets downtown Glenwood Springs in a cozy office on the first and third Sunday of every month. It is oriented for individuals suffering with chronic illness. We listen to a guided meditation and afterwards, you are invited to share and stay for tea and cookies. There is a suggested donation of $25. Space is limited, so call today to reserve your spot!
