As a mental health counselor, I am dedicated to helping individuals and couples overcome their struggles and achieve a fulfilling life. I hold strong values of compassion, empathy, and respect for all individuals, regardless of their background, beliefs, or sexual orientation. I have experience working with individuals, couples, parents, and families. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and ENM affirming.
I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT and IFS with guided imagery. I believe that every individual has the capacity for change and growth, and I work collaboratively with my clients to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses their unique needs. I have a strong foundation in attachment in mental health and well-being.
