I tend to focus on life transitions, relationships, grief and loss, exploring sexuality and gender, loneliness, and complex trauma. I’m driven by psychodynamic, existential, and mindfulness-based modalities, with a robust background in social justice, creative arts, and nervous-system informed interventions — we can collaborate on the best fit for you.
