Everyone needs to be heard and understood, especially when facing a seemingly insurmountable challenge. Sometimes it's hard to find someone who can listen objectively with no judgment. I am a compassionate, respectful, open-minded therapist, and a service-oriented critical thinker.
I provide counseling to individuals coping with addiction, grief, pain management, and caregiver fatigue. With couples, I have guided both in improving relationship satisfaction, addressing trauma, and sometimes surviving infidelity. I provide Christian counseling upon request.
My approach is person centered, eclectic and evidence based. Together we can make an action plan for coping, growth, and success in navigating life's obstacles. I look forward to creating that safe, comfortable space to improve your outlook and to be your best!
