Are you feeling stuck or desperate? Do you feel like there is something blocking you from moving forward in life? We all need to feel empowered in our own lives but often find road blocks that keep us from reaching our potential.
I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relational issues, substance/alcohol use issues, and many different forms of trauma. I practice several statistically effective therapies such as CBT, DBT, and Narrative Therapy. I also provide EMDR therapy. These can often provide a sense of assurance for client and a clear path to healing.
