I walk alongside clients to help them identify their ideal outcomes as they navigate through obstacles and learn new skills to achieve a more balanced, fulfilling, life. I am open to working with couples and families on a case by case basis.
I'm certified in EMDR and enjoy utilizing this modality to help clients reach the results they're looking for. I pull from other therapeutic modalities such as DBT, CBT, and Narrative. I work with client's to identify how to work achieve their goals.
