I work with a variety of age groups and genuinely enjoy the differences in all people. I create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space to help my clients find balance in their life and overcome past and present hardships. I work alongside my patients, meeting them where they are while helping them achieve goals that are important to them by utilizing person-centered treatment planning. I help my patients gain emotional stability, and self-worth in their lives, while becoming empowered. I work effectively with children and their families, adolescents, and adults.
I primarily pull from mindfulness-based and cognitive-behavioral interventions to help my patients gain emotional stability, and self-worth in their lives while decreasing the impacts of depression, anxiety, ADHD, anger, and grief. I obtained additional education in child development (AA) and use this as a guide in valuable techniques for treatment.
I pride myself in drawing from many different experiences in life which in turn helps me to relate to patients in a unique way. I believe it is an honor to bear witness to your story & help you to process your challenges in life no matter the situation or experience.
